What Is Affiliate Marketing?
Affiliate marketing is a standard digital-publishing practice where a website earns a referral commission for recommending products or services. When you click on certain links on our publications and subsequently make a purchase or sign up for a service, the vendor may pay us a referral fee. This is one of the primary ways we fund the creation of independent editorial content for our readers — at no cost to you.
How This Applies to Our Publications
International Green Team, LLC operates three editorial publications. Each publication participates in affiliate programs appropriate to its vertical:
Webb Security Media
Cybersecurity, IT security, and managed services vertical. Affiliate relationships include endpoint security platforms, SIEM/SOC tooling, MDR/XDR services, MSP platforms, and adjacent infrastructure providers.
VoIP Insider Media
Business communications and unified communications vertical. Affiliate relationships include hosted VoIP providers, contact-center platforms, UCaaS providers, SIP trunking services, and adjacent hardware vendors.
AI Productivity Media
AI tooling and productivity software vertical. Affiliate relationships include AI assistants, productivity SaaS platforms, automation tools, and adjacent professional software.
Where Affiliate Links Appear
- Product reviews and comparisons may contain affiliate links to the products being reviewed
- Recommendation lists (“best of,” “top picks”) may contain affiliate links to the recommended products or services
- Educational and informational content may contain contextual affiliate links to relevant tools or services
- Banners and display elements on our publications may be affiliate advertisements
Editorial Independence
Our editorial content is created independently of our affiliate relationships:
- We do not accept payment for positive reviews. Opinions and recommendations are our own.
- Affiliate commissions do not influence our rankings or recommendations. Products are evaluated on features, performance, value, and user experience.
- We publish unfavorable opinions when warranted, regardless of whether a commercial relationship exists.
- We disclose affiliate relationships in compliance with FTC 16 CFR Part 255, both at the publication level and on individual content where affiliate links appear.
No Additional Cost to You
When you use an affiliate link on our publications, the price you pay is the same as visiting the vendor’s website directly. Affiliate commissions are paid by the vendor, not by you. Where we have negotiated reader-specific discounts or extended trials, we disclose those at the point of use.

This disclosure is provided in accordance with the Federal Trade Commission’s Guides Concerning the Use of Endorsements and Testimonials in Advertising (16 CFR Part 255). In addition to this page:

- This Affiliate Disclosure page is linked from the footer of every publication
- We use plain language to identify affiliate relationships — we do not hide or obscure them
